Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, October 1, 2021

• Contractors continued addressing punchlist items.
• Continued testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
• IEA to resume commissioning of the HVAC/mechanical systems.

Planned week ending Friday, October 8, 2021

• Contractors to continue addressing punchlist items.
• Continue testing and balancing of the HVAC/mechanical systems.
• IEA continued commissioning of the HVAC/mechanical systems.

Richfield Middle School

Completed week ending Friday, October 1, 2021

• Doors delivered for Best Buy Teen Tech Center
• Reinstalled ceilings in auditorium space
• Flushed and cleaned hydronic system for auditorium space
• Patched, repaired, and painted canopy face where signage was removed
• Conducted training on sprinkler system
• Boiler Room punch list

Planned week ending Friday, October 8, 2021

• Install doors in Best Buy Teen Tech Center
• Conduct training and state inspections on water heaters, and pumps in boiler room
• Exhaust modifications and turnover loading dock bathrooms

Central Education Center

Completed week ending Friday, October 1, 2021

• Contractors continued addressing punchlist items.
• Continued plumbing and hydronic piping and insulation in the lower-level mechanical spaces.
• Conducted chiller unit start-up and Owner training.

Planned week ending Friday, October 8, 2021

• Install new interior room signage.
• Continue plumbing and hydronic piping and insulation in the lower-level mechanical spaces.
• Contractors to continue addressing punchlist items.
• All-State tentatively scheduled to conduct Owner training on visitor management system with building staff and facilities.
