Richfield High School

Completed week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Wall pads in wrestling room shipped and in transit
• Cleared out construction materials and cleared out auxiliary gyms
• Continued punch list item completion
• Continued testing, balancing, and commissioning
• Scheduled 11-month warranty walk through for Phase 3 areas

Planned week ending Friday, January 22, 2021

• Receive and begin installation of wrestling room wall pads
• Continue punch list items
• Continue testing, balancing, and commissioning

Centennial Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• All punch list items are now complete except for (3) items that will be completed in the spring when warmer weather arrives
• IEA Commissioning to continue commissioning the mechanical/HVAC systems
• Contractors continued working IEA Commissioning log items
• Utility rebate applications have been submitted

Planned week ending Friday, January 22, 2021

• Contractors to continue working to address IEA Commissioning log items
• IEA Commissioning to continue commissioning the mechanical/HVAC systems

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Completed hydronic piping runs to the new chiller
• IEA Commissioning continued the commissioning of the mechanical/HVAC systems
• Contractors continued working to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items
• Utility rebate applications have been submitted

Planned week ending January 22, 2021

• Contractors to continue to address punch list and IEA Commissioning log items
• IEA Commissioning to continue commissioning the mechanical/HVAC systems
• Continue installing hydronic piping runs to the new chiller unit and making final connections.

Richfield Middle School

Richfield STEM Elementary

• Get proposals for non-construction contract scope items (electrical work, light fixtures, soffit repairs in stairwells)

Richfield Dual Language School

Completed week ending Friday, January 15, 2021

• Contractors continued working to address items noted on the commissioning corrective action log

Planned week ending Friday, January 22, 2021

• Contractors to continue working to address items noted on the commissioning corrective action log

Central Education Center

Completed week ending January 15, 2021.

• Continued preconstruction work with Rochon
• Rochon completed and submitted the building permit application to the City of Richfield
• ICS and District personnel held a coordination meeting with All Furniture (the moving company) to review the site in preparation of the upcoming packing and moving
• ICS presented the packing and moving plan to the building staff on 1/13
• Scheduled the preconstruction meeting for 1/22
• IEA (the abatement scope consultant) conducted a walkthrough of the building with contractors who plan to provide quotes for the abatement scope

Planned week ending Friday, January 22, 2021

• Continue preconstruction work with Rochon and moving coordination with the District
• Hold the Preconstruction meeting with ICS, Wold, Rochon and District Staff
• IEA to receive quotes for the abatement scope
