Maintenance/Transportation Building

Completed month of October 2021

• 75% Construction Documents (CDs) completed.
• ICS budget estimate on 75% CDs completed.
• Constructability review on 75% CDs complete.
• Preconstruction schedule drafted.
• First round of value engineering complete.

Planned for month of November 2021

• Meet with district to fine-tune construction scope.
• Complete 100% CDs.
• Complete 95% CD estimate.
• Submit plans to the City and State for review.
• Present plans and 95% CDs estimate to the School Board for approval to issue project for bid.
• Plans to be issued for bid at the end of the month.

Sheridan Hills Elementary

Completed month of October 2021

• Paved egress path completed.
• Testing, adjusting, and balancing of the mechanical systems completed.
• Commissioning of the mechanical systems is on-going.
• Contractors worked to address minor open City and Heath Dept. inspection items.
• Contractors worked to complete punch list items.

Planned for month of November 2021

• Site sodding.
• Continue commissioning of the mechanical systems.
• Contractors to continue working to complete punch list items.
• Contractor to complete minor open City and Heath Dept. inspection items.
• Financial and contract close out documentation.

Richfield Middle School

Completed month of October 2021

• Trash inserts for kitchen trash, recycling, and organics delivered and installed.
• Boiler Room training and start up took place on 10/19.
• Cameras and Avigilon Security System training took place on 10/12.
• Commissioning, testing, and balancing of mechanical systems.

Planned for month of November 2021

• Continue commissioning, testing, and balancing of mechanical systems.
• Financial and contract close out documentation.
• Install interior and exterior signage.

Central Education Center

Completed month of October 2021

• HVAC controls and hydronic insulation 95%.
• Chilled beam installation.
• Irrigation repair.
• Majority of punch list.
• Electrical configuration in staff office room 301.
• First boiler start-up.
• PVC duct insulation at exposed ducts.

Planned for month of November 2021

• All piping insulation scheduled for completion week of November 1
• Sod installation scheduled for week of November 8
• Second boiler start up and owner training.
• Install operable walls.
• Deliver and install backordered furniture.
• ICS commissioning of boilers and hydronic systems will begin.
• Exterior façade repair.
• Complete rooftop ductwork.
• Install permanent boiler stacks.
• BAS owner training.
• Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of HVAC system.
