Inspiring Leadership at RMS: A Visit from Rashad Cohen

Our students had the privilege of hosting Rashad Cohen, a dynamic speaker who inspired both students and staff with his message about leadership, community and personal growth. His presentation resonated with all grades as he encouraged everyone to be curious, considerate and courageous leaders.

Throughout his talk, Rashad emphasized how we grow stronger together as one team and how important it is to support each other within our community. His message resonated with everyone, getting both students and staff excited and inspired.

"It was so amazing to see how engaged our students were,” said Assistant Principal Ashley Schaefer. “You could tell that his energy and message really resonated with our students and sparked some great conversations. We’re excited to see how our students take what they learned and put it into action."

After the main presentation, Rashad held a special session with 16 student leaders, where he offered guidance on how to continue being influential and positive role models within the school. Both students and staff walked away from the event inspired, with many commenting on how engaging and motivating the presentation was.
